Privacy policy
Scope and contact
This policy covers Talk on learn.voicego.online and its associated application at talk.voicego.online. For privacy questions or requests: info@voicego.online.
Data controller
Digital Wellness HUB LLC, 720 S. Colorado Blvd, Penthouse North Denver, CO 80246, United States of America. Contact: info@voicego.online.
Data and purposes
We use the purchase email and optional name, purchase and subscription status, Stripe customer and payment identifiers, authentication/session identifiers, technical logs and interactions with the purchase flow. The application stores progress, session history and practice answers and recordings where you choose to use a recording feature. These support payment processing, delivery, authentication, subscription management, saved progress, service email, support and security. Stripe processes full payment-card details; we do not retain the complete card number or security code.
Service providers
Stripe handles payments. Resend delivers service emails. Hosting and storage providers operate the application. Speech-processing services process recordings for automated feedback where that feature is offered and used. Meta receives advertising and conversion events when measurement is enabled. We do not publish private practice recordings as advertising or sell account or practice data. Providers may process data in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention, security and choices
Data is kept while needed to provide the service and meet accounting, support or legal obligations. Connections use HTTPS and application access is checked on the server. You may request account or practice-data deletion by email; legally required transaction records may need to be retained. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy. We may verify ownership using your purchase email. You may contact the competent data-protection authority. Browser and advertising-account settings can restrict advertising storage; see the cookie policy. Material policy changes are communicated where required.
Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR) We process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and service operation, and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics/marketing where required. Users may withdraw consent at any time.
International Transfers Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK IDTA/Addendum) and, where applicable, frameworks recognized by regulators. Copies of safeguards are available upon request.
